We always are looking for dedicated volunteers to help at the clinic with basic tasks such as laundry, preparation of surgical packs, answering phones, filing and cleaning. Plus, we also have a need for people to aid in our education and community outreach efforts - everything from distributing flyers and posters to helping staff booths at special events throughout the area. The UCAN Non-Profit Spay/Neuter Clinic is increasing its efforts to provide help for low-income pet owners in 2009. The addition of a second vet team means a shorter wait time to get your pet fixed. A new high-tech phone system means an easier time getting through to us to make an appointment. And, if you qualify, a limited number of low-income subsidies means you may be able to get your pet spayed/neutered for less. |
